Where are OKMO products shipping from?
We will ship out the OKMO products from California.
Can the OKMO products be shipped to P.O. BOX address?
The OKMO products are too large to deliver to the PO box, please kindly provides the physical address when you order them.
Can the OKMO products be shipped to Hawaii?
Sorry that OKMO doesn't provide shipping service to Hawaii, there are also some places that can’t deliver to: Puerto Rico, Alaska, Mexico, Europe and the places outside of the US.
I purchased two OKMO Items, why did I only receive one package? Where’s my other stuff?
Usually, we will ship two items with two separate packages by UPS due to the large size. And there will be two tracking numbers, but Amazon and the website systems allow only one tracking number to upload. So you can see only one tracking number in your order. Please kindly feel free to contact us to ask for the tracking number of other packages through the email address: Hello@okmotech.com
How Do I Track My Order?
Track your order in two ways:
1) Log in to your customer account. Once logged in, click "Order History" to view all orders.
Once you've placed your order, our products typically ship from their respective facilities within 1-2 business days. Once a product has shipped, you'll receive a UPS tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
Please keep in mind that delivery may take longer during/after holidays or severe weather conditions. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, we'll do everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

2) Check the shipping status update notice in your order email and click the “Check My Order” button, after we update the tracking ID the package routine will be found on the order detail page.
I Don't See Any Updates On My Tracking Information. What's going on?
No worries! We're here to help.
If your tracking information still shows that your order has been processed and is 'Ready for UPS', it likely means that your package just missed the initial scan as it was loaded onto their truck. Not to worry though—you can rest assured that this is fairly normal for UPS shipments.
Because packages shipped by UPS have to be manually sorted and accounted for along their journey, sometimes tracking information may take a few days to “catch up” to a package's actual location. More often than not, it's confirmed en route and will update within 1 - 2 business days of your originally anticipated arrival date.

When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
After placing the order, our products will usually be shipped from the CA warehouse within 1-2 working days. After the product is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number that can be used to track the package. Please keep in mind that during/after holidays or bad weather conditions, the delivery time may be longer. We recommend that you pay close attention to the tracking number of your order. In other words, we will do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible!
Can I Specify A Delivery Date?
Since UPS is a third party, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers. That said, you can rest assured we'll do everything in our power to target your delivery date.

As soon as your order ships out, we'll send over a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) you can use to follow the progress of your package.
Do I Need To Be At Home For My UPS Delivery?
If you indicated that you'd like to sign for your package at checkout, then UPS will need your signature in order to successfully deliver the package on one of their delivery attempts. Due to liability issues, UPS does not allow us to remove the signature requirement once the box is in transit.
If you would prefer for UPS to leave the OKMO products outside your door, just leave the signature requirement unchecked during check-out. With this option, Casper is no longer liable for any loss or damage to the package after delivery.
How Do I Start A Return Or Exchange?
If you are dissatisfied with our products or have any faults in the products within 30 days, please contact us at email@example.com, we are happy to troubleshoot for you or initiate the return process. Once the return or exchange is confirmed, we will send you a return label. You only need to send the product to our warehouse, and we will help you process the refund or replace the new product.
