You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The battery can be connected in parallel or series for greater capacity. It allows expansion up to 4S4P, providing a maximum capacity of 400Ah 48V (51.2V). This makes it ideal for applications in solar residential systems, RVs, campers, trolling motors, and off-grid scenarios. Additionally, the battery can be charged in three ways: using a LiFePO4 battery charger (recommended 14.6V20A), solar panels with a controller, and an AC generator.

1. Inspect the battery for any physical damage during shipping.
2. Ensure the battery is at a safe voltage level for first use (if necessary, charge it to an optimal level).
3. Download the OKMO Bluetooth App to monitor the battery.
4.Connect the battery to your system (solar, off-grid, etc.) or device following manufacturer guidelines.
5. Start using the battery, ensuring it's placed in a well-ventilated area.
Group 24 batteries are generally smaller (approximately 10.25 x 6.75 x 8.75 inches) and are used in applications like RVs, marine, and some solar systems.
Group 31 batteries are larger (approximately 12.2 x 6.8 x 8.8 inches) and provide more power capacity, making them ideal for larger setups like buses, boats, and larger solar systems.
Functionality-wise, Group 31 batteries tend to have a higher capacity, meaning they can store more energy and provide longer runtimes.
