We grant the following warranties for our products. We provide a warranty for the poor performance of products when used correctly following the product manual instructions.

Five-year warranty for both new & like-new battery products >30Ah Three-year warranty for both new & like-new batteries ≤30Ah, and soalr charge controllers Two-year warranty for battery chargers The warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the user (the “Purchaser”).

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly under the instructions in the manual.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Notice that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses OKMO ships to addresses within the U.S. And we don't ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
